Sr. Global Supply Manager, Chassis

Job Description

Lucid Motors is seeking a Sr. Global Supply Manager to support Chassis Systems. In this role, the Global Supply Manager will manage all company business with a group of suppliers and serve as the key internal interface with Engineering, Finance, Logistics, Quality, and Manufacturing. The ideal candidate will identify, develop, and manage the global Supply Chain, helping to establish the company's global supply chain strategy and driving sound business decisions throughout the product life cycle.Role involves:

• Collaborating with Engineering and Supplier Quality to identify potential suppliers.
• Creating RFQs, reviewing quotations, and developing sourcing recommendations.
• Negotiating contracts, including parts pricing and tooling costs.
• Managing supplier development and tooling timelines.
• Maintaining supplier relationships and acting as a point of contact for commercial issues.
• Creating and reconciling purchase orders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in Automotive Purchasing, Supply Chain, or Engineering related to Chassis systems.
• Understanding of Chassis design and Purchasing/Quality experience in sourcing Chassis components.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes supporting Chassis systems and assembly.
• Product launch experience preferred.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Word, and ERP systems (SAP or equivalent).
