Wunderflats, a leading platform for flexible furnished housing in Germany, is seeking a Sales Manager to join their sales team in Berlin. The Sales Manager will play a crucial role in expanding Wunderflats' landlord network and contributing to the company's success.

Role involves:

  • Proactively reaching out to landlords across Germany via email and phone.
  • Advising landlords on how to list their properties on the Wunderflats platform.
  • Building strong customer relationships and ensuring an exceptional experience.
  • Achieving sales goals and setting new records with the team.
  • Developing new acquisition strategies and collaborating effectively.

Requirements:

  • Experience in business development, sales, account management, or a similar role.
  • Initial experience in real estate is an advantage.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
  • Comfortable setting realistic goals and KPIs.
  • Excellent command of both German and English.
