Job Description
Reltio is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join their team in Bangalore. The Senior Recruiter will play a crucial role in attracting and hiring top technical talent for the organization. They will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing the overall recruitment process. The Senior Recruiter will also mentor junior members of the team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the team's success in meeting hiring goals. This position requires strong technical knowledge, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for building high-performing teams.
Role Involves:
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs.
- Leading and mentoring a team of technical recruiters.
- Utilizing various sourcing channels to attract qualified candidates.
- Reviewing resumes and conducting initial phone screens.
- Scheduling and coordinating interviews with candidates.
- Conducting thorough interviews and evaluating candidates' technical skills.
- Promoting the company's employer brand and creating a positive candidate experience.
- Tracking recruitment metrics and providing regular reports to senior leadership.
- Building and maintaining a talent pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices in technical recruitment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in a leadership or senior role.
- Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and qualifications across various domains.
- Strong sourcing skills using different sourcing channels.
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Results-oriented mindset, with a track record of meeting recruitment targets.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
