Reltio is seeking a Sr Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support its global recruitment efforts. This role is crucial for ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers. The candidate will contribute to data management, reporting, and TA operations, leveraging expertise in MS Office, Google Suite, and analytics.
Responsibilities include: - Scheduling and managing interviews across global time zones.
- Coordinating candidate communication and travel logistics.
- Maintaining and updating the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Preparing hiring dashboards using Excel/Google Sheets.
- Tracking and analyzing time-to-fill and offer acceptance metrics.
Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in HR, talent acquisition coordination, or recruiting operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
