The Senior Marketplace Analytics Manager will own end-to-end marketplace analytics, driving strategy around supply-demand dynamics, cost efficiency, and operational performance.Responsibilities:
Own end-to-end marketplace analytics, driving strategy around supply-demand dynamics, cost efficiency, and operational performance.
Define and operationalize KPIs and dashboards that provide visibility into marketplace health, enabling real-time and long-term decision-making.
Partner cross-functionally with the company’s Operations, Content, Finance, Product, and Growth teams to influence capacity planning, resource allocation, and operational initiatives.
Lead advanced analyses using SQL, BI tools, and forecasting models to surface actionable insights, identify inefficiencies, and inform growth strategies.
Present insights and recommendations to leadership, playing a key role in company-wide planning and prioritization.
Advocate for data literacy and foster a culture of evidence-based decision-making across teams.
Requirements:
8+ years of experience in analytics or strategy roles, including time spent in marketplaces, platforms, or complex service businesses
Proven success leading data-driven strategy at scale, with deep expertise in SQL and large-scale data analysis
Fluency in data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI), with a strong sense for how to communicate insights to diverse stakeholders
Expertise in marketplace dynamics, including supply-demand optimization, capacity planning, and cost strategy
Executive-level communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment across technical and non-technical teams
Native-level English proficiency with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
