Senior Project Manager

Job Description

Backbase, a leading Fintech company, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their team. The company is experiencing rapid international growth and needs project management experts to coordinate and communicate effectively among all project stakeholders.

The Senior Project Manager will manage relationships with Financial Services customers/partners and advise clients on implementing online applications using the Backbase Solution. Backbase is dedicated to transforming customer experience for millions of end customers.

Responsibilities:

• Provide coordination and communication among project stakeholders.
• Manage relationships with Financial Services customers/partners.
• Produce and maintain project estimations, plans, statements of work, and change requests.
• Drive consulting and Agile experience

Requirements:

• At least eight years of Project Management experience in delivering digital projects.
• Experience in traditional project management and CPM.
• Experience managing "complicated" clients.
• Experience with senior-level stakeholder management in an international environment.
• Experience in distributed and remote agile delivery.
• Hands-on team management and collaborative leadership style.
• Full understanding of the web application/software development lifecycle.
• Great presenting and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of Jira, Google suite, and PM tools.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in French, Arabic, and English.
• Based in Casablanca, Morocco.
