Job Description

Ebury, a leading global fintech company, is seeking a Senior Financial Accountant to join their Finance team in León. This role involves working in the Financial Control and Reporting department, reporting to a Financial Controller. The Senior Financial Accountant will also assist in supervising two Junior Financial Accountants.

Role Involves:

• Reporting to the parent company and ensuring data accuracy.
• Assisting and training junior financial accountants.
• Identifying opportunities for report automation.
• Participating in internal subsidiary reporting.
• Supporting audit-related activities.
• Performing accounting calculations and entries.
• Developing and maintaining Excel spreadsheets.
• Supporting a culture of process improvement.
• Collaborating with various departments and external parties.

Requirements:

• Finance professional with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Knowledge of IFRS.
• Exceptional communication skills in Spanish and English.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
