CASS Compliance Monitoring Manager

Job Description

Ebury is seeking a CASS Compliance Monitoring Manager to ensure the protection of customer funds and adherence to regulations. The role is based in Madrid, Málaga, or Leon and requires 4 days in the office.Responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing monitoring frameworks
• Conducting compliance monitoring
• Identifying and reporting findings
• Tracking and validating remediation
• Providing expert advice and guidance
• Developing and delivering training
• Maintaining regulatory awareness
• Contributing to policy development
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
• Contributing to risk assessments

Requirements include:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration, or a related field
• Deep understanding of safeguarding regulations and CASS rules
• 3-5 years of experience in a compliance monitoring role
• Proven ability to design and execute compliance monitoring programs
• Understanding of risk management principles
• Strong analytical, report writing, and communication skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Stakeholder management skills
• Integrity and ethics
