Job Description
Ebury is seeking a CASS Compliance Monitoring Manager to ensure the protection of customer funds and adherence to regulations. The role is based in Madrid, Málaga, or Leon and requires 4 days in the office.Responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing monitoring frameworks
- Conducting compliance monitoring
- Identifying and reporting findings
- Tracking and validating remediation
- Providing expert advice and guidance
- Developing and delivering training
- Maintaining regulatory awareness
- Contributing to policy development
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Contributing to risk assessments
Requirements include:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration, or a related field
- Deep understanding of safeguarding regulations and CASS rules
- 3-5 years of experience in a compliance monitoring role
- Proven ability to design and execute compliance monitoring programs
- Understanding of risk management principles
- Strong analytical, report writing, and communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Stakeholder management skills
