Job Description
Wellhub, formerly Gympass, is seeking a Client Success Senior Account Manager to join their Client Success team. This role involves owning client relationships for a portfolio of strategic accounts, developing partnerships with HR stakeholders, and executing customized launch and engagement plans. The Senior Account Manager will analyze client data, present findings, and develop strategies to increase user engagement and meet client goals. They will also be responsible for contract renewals, expansions, and renegotiations, as well as presenting best-practice workflows and monitoring member growth rates.

Role Involves:
  • Owning client relationships for strategic accounts.
  • Developing partnerships with HR stakeholders.
  • Designing and executing customized launch and engagement plans.
  • Analyzing client data and developing engagement strategies.
  • Renewing, expanding, and renegotiating contracts.
  • Presenting best-practice workflows and monitoring member growth.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 5+ years experience in a client-facing position managing client relationships.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment and work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong ability to manage multiple clients.
  • Fluent in monitoring data, analyzing reports and leveraging insights to drive results.
