Job Description
ClinChoice is looking for a skilled Consultant for MSDS Authoring for a 1-year contract in Bengaluru. The consultant will be responsible for preparing and submitting product material safety data sheets (MSDS/SDS) in compliance with US, EU, or other country-specific regulations. They will analyze hazards, determine appropriate hazard assessments, and revise SDS based on feedback. The consultant will also establish a structured process for SDS preparation, mentor junior authors, and review completed SDSs.
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing and submitting product material safety data sheets (MSDS/SDS)
- Analyzing hazards and properties of components
- Determining appropriate hazard assessments and SDS phrases
- Revising SDS based on inputs/feedback
- Establishing a structured process for SDS preparation
- Mentoring junior authors in the manual creation of MSDS
- Reviewing completed SDSs
Requirements:
- Master's/bachelor's degree in a science-related field
- 3-5 years of prior SDS authoring experience
