project44 is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join their team in Tokyo, Japan. project44 is revolutionizing supply chains with its High-Velocity Supply Chain Platform. The ideal candidate will take ownership of customer issues and see problems through to resolution.
Role Involves:
- Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions to reported problems
- Identifying potential code bugs and escalating as needed
- Maintaining prompt, ongoing, and accurate communications to customers and 3rd party stakeholders
- Participating in customer calls as needed
- Gaining comfort with database queries and review of data
Requirements:
- Experience in customer-facing support, IT support, or as a technical specialist
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent client-facing, written and verbal skills
- Able to communicate effectively in English and Japanese
