project44 is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join their team in Tokyo, Japan. project44 is revolutionizing supply chains with its High-Velocity Supply Chain Platform. The ideal candidate will take ownership of customer issues and see problems through to resolution.

Role Involves:
  • Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions to reported problems
  • Identifying potential code bugs and escalating as needed
  • Maintaining prompt, ongoing, and accurate communications to customers and 3rd party stakeholders
  • Participating in customer calls as needed
  • Gaining comfort with database queries and review of data

Requirements:
  • Experience in customer-facing support, IT support, or as a technical specialist
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent client-facing, written and verbal skills
  • Able to communicate effectively in English and Japanese
