Ouihelp, a growing startup in the home care service sector, is seeking dedicated home care aides or personal assistants to provide meaningful support to the elderly in Messigny-et-Vantoux. This role involves providing assistance with daily living activities and companionship. Responsibilities include:

• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Assisting with personal hygiene and grooming
• Preparing meals and assisting with feeding
• Performing light housekeeping tasks
• Assisting with mobility and transfers

Requirements:

• A diploma or a minimum of three years of experience in personal assistance
• For candidates with 18 months of experience, Ouihelp offers paid internal training upon arrival
