Ouihelp, a growing startup in the home care service, is looking for Home Aides or Life Assistants (M/F) in permanent contracts in Mulhouse. The role involves providing support to elderly individuals in their homes.Ouihelp adapts missions to the employee's daily life, offering a stable schedule from week to week, filled to the desired number of hours/days, with no missions lasting less than one hour. The company provides personalized onboarding, a dedicated contact person for questions, and innovative digital tools to facilitate daily life and administrative procedures.Role Involves:

• Providing companionship
• Assisting with essential daily tasks

Requirements:

• A diploma or 3 years of minimum experience in personal assistance (or only 18 months of experience if you follow our internal paid training upon arrival).
