Ouihelp, a growing startup in the home care service, is looking for home helpers or personal assistants in Colmar. The role involves providing support to elderly individuals in their homes. The company emphasizes adapting missions to the employee's daily life, offering a stable schedule with no missions less than one hour to foster strong relationships with beneficiaries and their families.

• Providing companionship
• Assisting with daily essential tasks

Requirements:

• A diploma or a minimum of 3 years of experience in personal assistance
• 18 months of experience if you follow internal paid training upon arrival
