Job Description

Ouihelp, a growing startup in the home care service sector, is seeking dedicated and compassionate Aides à domicile (H/F) in Reims. This role involves providing essential support and companionship to elderly individuals, enhancing their quality of life and independence.

The Aide aux personnes âgées will be responsible for providing personalized care and assistance to elderly clients in their homes. This includes a range of tasks aimed at supporting their well-being and independence.

Role Involves:

• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Assisting with personal hygiene and grooming
• Preparing meals and assisting with feeding
• Assisting with mobility and transfers
• Performing light housekeeping tasks
• Accompanying clients to appointments and social activities

Requirements:

• A diploma or a minimum of three years of experience in personal assistance
• For candidates with 18 months of experience, Ouihelp offers paid internal training upon arrival
• No specific need for driving license
