Ouihelp, a growing startup in the home care service sector, is seeking dedicated Assistant de Vie (H/F) in Colmar. This role involves providing essential support to elderly individuals, enhancing their quality of life. The position is a permanent, part-time or full-time role.Ouihelp emphasizes a supportive environment for its employees, ensuring that assignments align with their daily routines. They offer stable weekly schedules, prioritizing assignments that allow for meaningful connections with clients and their families. Each assistant de vie will have a dedicated manager for all questions.Role Involves:

• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Assisting with daily living activities

Requirements:

• A diploma or a minimum of 3 years of experience in personal assistance (or 18 months with internal training)
