Ouihelp, a growing startup in the home care service sector, is seeking dedicated Assistant de Vie (H/F) in Strasbourg. The role involves providing support to elderly individuals in their homes, helping them with daily tasks and ensuring their well-being.Ouihelp offers a supportive and personalized work environment, ensuring that assignments align with the assistant's availability and preferences. They emphasize stable schedules, prioritize assignments lasting at least one hour to foster strong relationships between caregivers and clients, and provide a dedicated support team for ongoing assistance.Role Involves:

• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Assisting with essential daily activities

Requirements:

• A diploma or a minimum of 3 years of experience in personal assistance
• Alternatively, 18 months of experience with completion of Ouihelp's internal training program
