Ouihelp, a growing startup in the home care service sector, is seeking dedicated home helpers or personal care assistants in Besançon. This role involves providing essential support to elderly individuals, enhancing their quality of life. The position is a permanent contract (CDI) under a mandate status, offering both part-time and full-time opportunities.Ouihelp emphasizes adapting assignments to fit the caregiver's daily life, ensuring a stable schedule with no assignments shorter than one hour. This approach fosters strong relationships between caregivers, beneficiaries, and their families. Ouihelp provides personalized onboarding, a dedicated contact person for support, and innovative digital tools to simplify daily tasks and administrative processes.Role Involves:

• Providing companionship

Requirements:

• A diploma or a minimum of 3 years of experience in personal assistance (or 18 months with Ouihelp's internal training)
• Driving license B is recommended
