Ouihelp, a growing startup in the home service sector, is seeking dedicated and compassionate home aides or personal care assistants to provide support to elderly individuals in Fessenheim. This role involves offering companionship and assistance with essential daily tasks. Responsibilities include:

• Providing personalized care and attention to elderly clients
• Assisting with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, hygiene, and mobility
• Offering companionship and emotional support
• Maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for clients

Requirements:

• A diploma or a minimum of 3 years of experience in personal assistance
• Alternatively, 18 months of experience with Ouihelp's paid internal training
• Commitment to providing high-quality care and support
