Ouihelp, a growing startup in the home service sector, is seeking a dedicated Auxiliaire de vie (H/F) in Mandeure. This role involves providing meaningful support to elderly individuals, enhancing their quality of life. The position is a permanent, part-time or full-time role.

Ouihelp ensures that assignments align with the caregiver's daily life, offering a stable schedule with consistent hours and no assignments shorter than one hour. This approach fosters strong relationships between caregivers, beneficiaries, and their families.

Ouihelp provides comprehensive support to its team, including personalized onboarding, a dedicated point of contact for questions, and innovative digital tools to streamline daily tasks and administrative processes.

Role Involves:

• Providing companionship
• Assisting with essential daily activities

Requirements:

• A diploma or a minimum of 3 years of experience in personal assistance (or 18 months of experience with Ouihelp's internal training)
