Job Description

Ouihelp, a growing startup in the home care service sector, is seeking dedicated home aides or personal care assistants to provide meaningful support to elderly individuals in Montbéliard. This role involves providing companionship and assistance with essential daily tasks. Responsibilities include:

• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Assisting with personal hygiene and grooming
• Preparing meals and assisting with feeding
• Assisting with mobility and transfers
• Performing light housekeeping tasks

Requirements:

• A diploma or a minimum of 3 years of experience in personal assistance.
• Alternatively, 18 months of experience if you complete Ouihelp's internal paid training upon arrival.
