Ouihelp, a growing startup in the home care service sector, is seeking dedicated and compassionate home aides or personal care assistants (H/F) for full-time or part-time permanent contracts in Strasbourg. The role involves providing essential support to elderly individuals, enhancing their quality of life and independence. • Providing companionship and emotional support
• Assisting with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and mobility
• Ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for clients
• Accompanying clients on outings and appointments

• A diploma or a minimum of 3 years of experience in personal assistance (or only 18 months of experience if you follow our internal paid training upon arrival).
• Commitment to providing high-quality care and support
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Competitive hourly wage of €14.18 gross per hour
