The role involves providing support to the elderly, from companionship to essential daily tasks. Ouihelp emphasizes adapting missions to the caregiver's daily life, offering a stable schedule with no missions less than one hour to foster strong relationships with beneficiaries and their families.

Requirements:

• A diploma or 3 years of experience in personal assistance (or 18 months of experience with Ouihelp's internal training)
