Job Description
Ouihelp, a growing startup in the home service sector, is seeking a dedicated Auxiliaire de vie (H/F) to provide meaningful support to the elderly in Nancy. This role involves working as a mandataire employee on a permanent basis, with both part-time and full-time positions available. Ouihelp emphasizes creating stable schedules tailored to the individual's needs, ensuring each mission is at least one hour long to foster strong relationships between caregivers, beneficiaries, and their families.
Role Involves:
- Providing companionship and support
- Assisting with essential daily tasks
Requirements:
- A diploma or a minimum of 3 years of experience in personal assistance (or 18 months of experience with Ouihelp's internal paid training).
