Job Description
Ouihelp is seeking a dedicated Responsable de Secteur to join their Chambéry / Aix les bains team. This role involves managing beneficiaries, structuring and leading a team of home care assistants, building a network of referrers, and ensuring the high quality of Ouihelp's services. The ideal candidate will possess experience, strong interpersonal skills, ambition, and autonomy to coordinate effectively between beneficiaries, their families, and home care providers.
  • Managing requests for home care assistance, including needs assessment and care plan development.
  • Matching caregivers to beneficiaries based on their needs and situations.
  • Managing caregiver schedules in coordination with the sector coordinator.
  • Supervising services to ensure quality and satisfaction.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals in the area.
  • Providing accurate reporting of activities to the manager.
  • Supporting the recruitment of caregivers.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal care services.
  • Experience working with caregivers, beneficiaries, and local institutions.
  • Strong listening and customer service skills.
  • High level of autonomy, adaptability, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Comfortable with digital tools.
  • Passion for Ouihelp's mission.
  • Driver's license (Permis B).
