Job Description

Ouihelp is seeking a dedicated Responsable de secteur to join their Chambéry / Aix les bains team. This role involves managing beneficiaries, structuring and leading a team of caregivers, building a network, and ensuring the quality of Ouihelp's services. The ideal candidate will possess experience, strong interpersonal skills, ambition, and autonomy to coordinate between beneficiaries, their families, and in-home caregivers.Responsibilities include:

• Managing requests for in-home care, including needs assessment and care plan development.
• Matching caregivers to beneficiaries based on their needs and situations.
• Managing caregiver schedules in coordination with the sector coordinator.
• Supervising services to ensure quality and satisfaction.
• Building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals in the area.
• Providing accurate reporting to the manager.
• Supporting the recruitment of caregivers.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal care services.
• Experience working with caregivers, beneficiaries, and local institutions.
• Strong listening and customer service skills.
• High level of autonomy, adaptability, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Passion for improving the lives of individuals in need of assistance.
• Proficiency with digital tools.
• Valid driver's license (Permis B).
