Ouihelp is seeking a dedicated and experienced Responsable de Secteur d'aide à domicile to join their growing team in Toulouse. This role is pivotal in ensuring the delivery of high-quality home care services to clients. The Responsable de Secteur will manage various aspects of client care, team management, and business development within their designated sector.Ouihelp is looking for someone to:

• Evaluate client needs and develop personalized care plans.
• Match suitable caregivers with clients based on their specific requirements.
• Manage caregiver schedules and oversee service delivery.
• Ensure client satisfaction and service quality through regular supervision.
• Recruit and retain qualified caregivers.
• Cultivate relationships with healthcare professionals and social workers in the area.
• Provide accurate reporting to the Regional Director.

Requirements:

• Bac +2 (BTS, IUT, DUT, DEUG) in social or medico-social field.
• Experience in the medico-social sector or in a personal service agency.
• Familiarity with digital tools.
• Comfortable working in the field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
