Job Description

Ouihelp is seeking a dedicated Responsable de Secteur to strengthen its operational teams in Bordeaux. This role involves developing and managing beneficiaries, structuring and leading a team of caregivers, building a network of referrers, and ensuring the quality of Ouihelp's services. The ideal candidate will possess experience, strong interpersonal skills, ambition, and autonomy to coordinate between beneficiaries, their families, and in-home caregivers.Responsibilities include:

• Managing in-home care requests, assessing needs, and developing care plans.
• Matching caregivers to beneficiaries based on their needs.
• Managing caregiver schedules.
• Supervising services to ensure quality and satisfaction.
• Building relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Providing accurate reporting to the Regional Director.
• Recruiting and retaining caregivers.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in personal care services.
• Experience working with caregivers, beneficiaries, and local institutions.
• Strong listening and customer service skills.
• High level of autonomy, adaptability, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Passion for improving the lives of individuals facing loss of autonomy.
• Proficiency with digital tools.
• Valid driver's license (Permis B).
