Job Description
Google DeepMind is seeking an experienced Analytics Engineer to join their Core Analytics Team (CAT). This role involves building data foundations, defining key metrics, and making recommendations to guide strategic decisions and influence AI research. The Analytics Engineer will work closely with stakeholders to translate complex business challenges into impactful data-driven solutions.
The role involves:
- Building data models in SQL
- Building data pipelines
- Communicating with technical and non-technical audiences
- Driving projects and solving problems
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in a data role (Analytics Engineer, Data Engineer, Data Scientist, or Product Data Analyst)
- Advanced Data Modelling in SQL
- Strong communication skills
- Experience building pipelines to ingest and process data
- Experience using Python and the Python Data Stack
- Good project management skills
