Job Description
BitGo is seeking a Vendor Contracts Manager to administer the full lifecycle of third-party agreements. The Vendor Contracts Manager will be responsible for ensuring the timely negotiation, execution, and adherence of all contracts to both company policies and legal mandates. Reporting to the Director of Risk Management, this position requires interdepartmental collaboration to mitigate risk, enhance vendor partnerships, and contribute to strategic procurement initiatives. The role will work closely with the TPRM manager to ensure contracts align with risk assessments and vendor segmentation strategies. The ideal candidate brings strong commercial acumen, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to vendor governance.Responsibilities include:
- Drafting, reviewing, assisting in negotiating, and managing contracts including NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, SaaS agreements, and service contracts.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders on contract-related matters.
- Coordinating with Legal, Compliance, Finance, and IT teams to ensure all contracts meet internal standards and regulatory requirements.
- Ensuring alignment with risk assessments and vendor segmentation strategies.
- Maintaining and managing the contract repository.
- Monitoring vendor performance metrics and contractual obligations.
- Driving continuous improvement in contract management processes.
- Providing contract training and guidance to internal stakeholders.
Qualifications include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in contract management, procurement, or vendor risk management.
- Proven experience negotiating and managing commercial contracts.
- Strong knowledge of contract law, risk mitigation strategies, and third-party governance.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools.
