Darktrace is seeking a Fullstack Software Engineer to join their team in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for building a cloud detection and response product that helps customers identify and resolve cyber-attacks in cloud environments. This is a hybrid role, requiring attendance in the London office 2 days a week.Darktrace is a global leader in cyber security AI, delivering complete AI-powered solutions. What this role involves: - Prototyping and developing new and innovative ideas to improve Darktrace’s services.
- Collaborating with a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, project co-ordinators and technical strategists.
- Optimising solutions to improve both speed and scale.
- Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and efficient backend services and frontend interfaces.
- Participating in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical planning.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and systems.
- Mentoring junior developers and contributing to a culture of learning and knowledge sharing.
- Ensuring security best practices are followed in all aspects of development and deployment.
Requirements: - Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Full stack-experience building and shipping reliable software.
- Experience with React or Python.
- An interest in cyber-security or cloud.
