Darktrace, a global leader in cyber security AI, is seeking a Partner Operations Manager to drive operational excellence and empower its Partners and Channel Managers. This role supports Channel, Cloud Marketplace, and Systems Integrators partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on, problem-solving mindset and the ability to adapt quickly to change.Darktrace is looking for someone to:

• Oversee the Partner application process and maintain compliance standards.
• Develop and implement efficient onboarding/offboarding procedures.
• Maintain accurate data across CRM and PRM systems.
• Support deal registration, pipeline management, CPQ workflows, and Cloud Marketplace private offers.
• Manage and prioritize Partner support cases.

Requirements for this position include:

• 5+ years of experience in partner operations, sales operations, or a related role.
• Expertise with CRM (e.g., Salesforce), Tackle, and PRM systems.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communications skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented problem solver.
