A company is seeking an IT Specialist II to join their Global IT Support team in Makati City. This is an on-site, full-time position. The IT Specialist II will be responsible for supporting the company's growing team with day-to-day operations, project implementation, and user support in a fast-paced, global environment.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage helpdesk tickets via Slack and internal portals
Troubleshoot hardware/software issues (Mac and Windows OS)
Administer tools like Google Workspace, O365, Jira, Confluence, Slack, Zoom
Provide onboarding/offboarding IT support and manage IT assets
