Cabify is seeking a Customer Success Executive to join their team in Madrid. This role is crucial for managing key accounts, fostering positive long-term relationships, and ensuring client loyalty. The Customer Success Executive will primarily focus on medium and large clients.Role involves:
Designing and implementing sales strategies to meet revenue goals through account growth.
Securing new revenue through incremental sales.
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Renewing assigned accounts with favorable terms and conditions.
Providing regular reviews to highlight key results, metric analysis, and ROI, while recommending process improvements.
Identifying new business opportunities by presenting new products and services.
Utilizing consultative techniques to educate clients on service usage and offering unique business insights.
Collaborating with internal implementation teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements:
CRM (Salesforce) proficiency.
Experience with Tableau or similar analysis tools.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
2+ years of relevant experience.
