Job Description

Cabify is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join its B2B team in Santiago, Chile. The B2B team is experienced and professional, working to position the Cabify brand with energy, optimism, and passion. The Sales Development Representative will play a key role in generating new business opportunities for the sales team through outbound leads, inbound lead reception, and by nurturing the sales executives' portfolios.

Role Involves:

  • Daily lead management, including calls and AI-powered contact sequences.
  • Responding to email inquiries and converting quality leads.
  • Assigning opportunities to the sales team and managing the database of potential top clients.
  • Continuously improving lead management processes and guidelines.
  • Managing the acquisition of new clients in the commercial pipeline.
  • Tracking qualified/converted opportunities, monitoring commercial management, and measuring closing speed.
  • Analyzing lead rejection rates and closed/won percentages.
  • Defining criteria for the commercial acquisition strategy based on lead potential and industry seasonality.
  • Managing dashboards, reports, and pipeline metrics to facilitate efficient opportunity progression.
  • Optimizing the flow of potential clients based on company size, funnel speed, and account mix.
  • Maintaining adequate lead generation to support B2B growth in the country.
  • Managing the progress of supplier activities according to the business plan.
  • Making initial contact to identify potential client needs and verify commercial requirements.
  • Improving the prospecting of new clients (Inbound).

Requirements:

  • Alignment with Cabify's principles.
  • Background in Administration or related field.
  • 1 year of experience in similar roles.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.
  • Proficiency in Sales Navigator.
