Bridgewater Associates is seeking an Insider Threat Manager to join their Staff Security team. This role is crucial for identifying and mitigating insider threats throughout the employee lifecycle. The Insider Threat Manager will collaborate with senior leaders and contribute to the overall security strategy of the organization.
Responsibilities: - Provide oversight and direction for employee investigations.
- Proactively monitor and identify potential employee and insider threats.
- Synthesize data and threats, escalating them when necessary.
- Stay current with industry trends, tools, and technologies.
- Operate autonomously, making informed decisions.
- Manage and lead a team of security professionals.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on security strategy.
- Develop and implement security policies and training programs.
- Respond to staff security incidents and emergencies.
- Brief senior leaders on staff security matters.
Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in employee investigations or related role.
- Interview and interrogation skills.
- Understanding of security technologies and tools.
- Proven ability to operate autonomously.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strategic thinking and planning skills.
- Experience in assessing and managing employee risk.
- Knowledge of best practices in employee risk management.
