Bridgewater Associates is seeking a Technical Project Manager, Investment Technology to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for partnering with engineers to understand their goals, facilitating daily standups, removing impediments, and designing solutions. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as a solid understanding of agile methodologies.
    Role Involves:
  • Partnering and collaborating with engineers
  • Facilitating daily standups, planning, review, and retrospective meetings
  • Removing impediments and identifying potential barriers
  • Designing and documenting solutions
    Requirements:
  • 3+ years managing technical projects
  • Proven ability to drive continuous improvement
  • Demonstrated end-to-end project ownership
  • Strong knowledge of agile approach
  • First class communication skills
  • Familiarity with Scrum or Agile methodology frameworks
