The role involves aligning HR strategy with key business objectives and supporting business leaders and their teams. The Senior HR Business Partner will report to the Head of HR and collaborate with leaders across the business to ensure HR strategies are effectively embedded in day-to-day operations.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in HR business partnering with technology teams.
  • Proven track record in leading strategic HR initiatives, including change management and leadership development programs.
  • Highly motivated, with a positive, pragmatic attitude
  • A collaborative working style with the ability to build trust and strong partnerships with stakeholders
  • Strong employee relations experience, capable of managing complex cases.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to influence and drive decision-making.
  • Resilience and adaptability in leading leaders and teams through periods of growth, change, or uncertainty.
  • Strong change management skills, with the ability to lead cultural transformation and implement company changes while maintaining a positive and engaging work environment.
  • Demonstrated experience with Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
