Zinnia is seeking a Corporate Development Manager to play a crucial role in shaping the company's long-term growth strategy. The ideal candidate will lead high-impact corporate initiatives, including M&A transactions, strategic partnerships, and investment opportunities. This role demands extensive experience in corporate finance, strategic planning, and deal execution, along with a strong understanding of the technology sector and SaaS landscape. The manager will collaborate closely with executive leadership, the board of directors, and key stakeholders to drive transformational growth initiatives.What this role involves:

• Developing and executing the company's corporate development strategy.
• Leading the full M&A lifecycle.
• Conducting complex financial modeling and valuation analysis.
• Preparing and presenting strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
• Partnering with cross-functional teams.
• Monitoring industry trends and competitive dynamics.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with industry stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA strongly preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or a related field.
• Proven track record of leading and executing M&A transactions, strategic partnerships, and investment initiatives.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Deep understanding of the technology sector, particularly SaaS.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple complex projects.
