Product Design Manager

Job Description

Tide is seeking a Product Design Manager to join their team in Romania. The Product Design Manager will collaborate with Product Managers, Technical Owners, and senior stakeholders to define strategic objectives and goals. They will identify and prioritize product roadmap initiatives, de-risk initiatives through research and collaboration, and define success metrics.

The Product Design Manager will drive the implementation of strategic initiatives, deliver validated outcomes, partner with Product Engineering, and monitor customer impact. They will also champion Design practices, promote Design thinking, and showcase the team's achievements.

The Product Design Manager will lead and mentor a team of Product Designers, create a high-performing team, provide career development, and maintain a culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Identify & prioritise product roadmap initiatives
• Deliver well considered, tested and validated outcomes
• Promote the value of Design thinking across Tide
• Lead and mentor a small team of Product designers

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in UX Design or Product Design
• Experience in user testing and research methodologies
• In-depth knowledge of Product Design methodologies
• Proficiency in leading design reviews and the use of design tools such as Figma
