Job Description

Tide is seeking a CRM Marketing Manager to focus on the German market. This role involves strategic thinking and the deployment of communication programs that balance member needs and business objectives. The CRM Manager will own Tide’s German lifecycle, engaging new members through effective activation CRM and maintaining engagement throughout their journey with Tide.

The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder management skills and be comfortable working in cross-functional environments. They will be responsible for developing strategy, building automation, analyzing results, and presenting performance insights to the business.

Responsibilities include:

  • Owning the German CRM member lifecycle.
  • Building and optimizing automated campaigns.
  • Creating and QAing German communications.
  • Developing and managing a CRM test-and-learn pipeline.
  • Analyzing campaigns and reporting to stakeholders.
  • Driving product adoption through lifecycle communications.
  • Creating a seamless transition from approval to membership.
  • Driving initiatives forward with autonomy.

Requirements:

  • Approximately 5 years of expertise in end-to-end CRM marketing.
  • Experience in a subscription or app-based business, ideally in German payments or Fintech.
  • Good understanding of the German banking sector.
  • Proven results in developing and delivering CRM strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Iterable, Hubspot, Braze) and HTML/CSS.
  • Experience handling large data sets and using BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau).
  • Strong communication and reporting skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
