Tide is seeking a Paid Social Media Marketing Manager to lead and scale acquisition efforts across paid social channels in Europe. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in managing multi-million-pound budgets and a data-driven approach. They will have a proven track record of driving growth. This role offers the opportunity to lay the foundations of the in-house Paid Social team at Tide as the company expands internationally.Role involves:
  • Owning the growth & performance of all paid social operations.
  • Deploying a multi-million budget across available channels.
  • Working closely with Data, Product, Web teams.
  • Providing a voice for paid social across the whole business.
  • Designing and implementing new tests, maintaining best practice, and controlling the budgets.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years applied experience managing large paid Facebook/Instagram ad accounts.
  • Fluent in German (B2+).
  • Demonstrable experience in driving large volumes of B2C or B2B lead acquisition.
  • Experience on secondary paid social platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok or other.
  • Knowledge of SKAD, ATT & IFDA, and can troubleshoot & future-proof tracking solutions.
  • Experience across driving traffic to websites, mobile applications, call centres.
  • Comfortable with using data visualisation tools such as Looker or Tableau.
