Job Description
Tide is seeking a Senior CRM Marketing Manager to focus on reactivation and retention programs. This role involves defining strategies to keep Tide members engaged with the platform, maximizing member lifetime value, and optimizing the overall member experience. The Senior CRM Manager will lead a team to deliver automation and personalization programs across multiple marketing channels.Responsibilities:
  • Setting the reactivation and retention campaign strategy.
  • Supporting the team with building, executing and optimising campaign workflows.
  • Defining a full testing and personalisation reactivation and retention roadmap.
  • Enabling the team by setting clear direction and clearing any roadblocks.
  • Providing coaching and direction to the team.
  • Monitoring, reporting and presenting on Tide retention KPIs.
  • Supporting finance forecasting across Tide’s strategic modes of discovery.
  • Managing stakeholder relationships.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of relevant marketing experience, ideally in a scale-up environment.
  • Demonstrable experience with CRM, ideally in the context of subscription and/or app based business models.
  • Experience coaching and developing a high performing team.
  • Proven track record of using targeting, automation and personalisation across multiple marketing channels.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Well organised with a passion for speed and efficiency.
