Job Description
Backbase is seeking a creative and hands-on Video Content Creator to enhance their brand storytelling across various digital channels. This role sits within the Global Product Marketing team and focuses on thought leadership and customer marketing programs, including the 'Banking Reinvented' podcast, customer testimonials, and webinars. The Video Content Creator will be responsible for the entire video production lifecycle, from concepting and scripting to recording, editing, and final delivery, tailored for platforms like YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Spotify.Role involves:
- Planning, recording, and editing long-form and short-form video content.
- Producing assets such as podcast videos, webinars, customer interviews, and social media content.
- Collaborating with content and brand teams to innovate video storytelling.
- Tailoring content to different platforms.
- Managing files, assets, and versioning.
- Ensuring high-quality editing, audio, visuals, and format suitability.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in video content creation, preferably for a B2B or tech audience.
- Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
- Basic motion graphics knowledge (e.g., After Effects).
- Familiarity with camera and audio equipment.
- Understanding of social video best practices.
- A portfolio demonstrating long-form and short-form editing ability.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Fluency in English.
