Job Description
Diligent is seeking an Account Executive II to drive revenue growth and deepen customer engagement. This role involves expanding product adoption among current customers and introducing new clients to Diligent's platform. The Account Executive will manage the end-to-end sales cycle, build relationships with prospects, and develop specialized business plans.
Role Involves:
- Prospecting new and existing business.
- Adopting a ‘solutions’ selling approach.
- Building deep relationships with prospects and customers.
- Developing and executing account plans.
- Coordinating sales stakeholders.
- Maintaining SFDC records.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of success in account management.
- Experience in new business acquisition.
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets.
- Experience in SaaS or GRC space.
- Ability to build trust and influence senior leaders.
- Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
