Diligent is seeking a Social Media Manager to strategically build and protect its brand across various social media platforms. Reporting to the Senior Director of Brand, the Social Media Manager will spearhead the execution of social media strategies and work closely with key stakeholders across the organization to prioritize needs and create tailored content for Diligent's social platforms. The ideal candidate will possess sound judgment and strategic thinking to capture attention and align with the brand's values.
Role involves:
- Executing the global social strategy to increase followers, social engagement, and web visits.
- Expanding Diligent’s internal employee advocacy program.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to plan and execute campaigns.
- Engaging in relevant social discussions about the company and industry.
- Providing reporting from social media platforms and Google Analytics.
- Innovating and incorporating AI to streamline processes.
Requirements:
- 5 to 7 years of social and communications experience.
- Strong understanding of social media trends and platform nuances.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Experience using AI tools to improve content quality and velocity.
- Strong project management skills.
