Job Description
Diligent is seeking a Managed Services Analyst to support the ordering and delivery of Compliance investigative and intelligence cases. This role involves partnering with internal teams to ensure customer orders are accurately represented and delivered promptly. The analyst will also participate in cases for Managed Services clients, including reviewing Global Database Check and Media Monitor results, and completing administrative tasks for client projects.
Role involves:
- Conducting analysis of information to ensure adherence to guidelines.
- Conducting online research using various open-source sources.
- Fact-checking and reconciling information for accuracy and clarity.
- Completing administrative tasks for specific client projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience.
- 0-3 years of experience.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Superior attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with analytical focus.
- Good business judgment based on thorough research.
- Ability to manage workflow to goals and timetables.
