Job Description
Anthropic is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive the adoption of safe, frontier AI. This role is pivotal in optimizing lead management processes and identifying new market opportunities. The Business Development Representative will enable the sales team to focus on high-value activities by leveraging analytical skills, project management expertise, and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement efficient lead routing and qualification strategies.
  • Analyze lead data to identify patterns and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand their needs and optimize lead handoff processes.
  • Manage and prioritize a high volume of inbound leads.
  • Conduct initial qualifications for high-potential leads.
  • Outbound against tiered list to generate high-intent opportunities with Startup and Enterprise teams.
  • Support the development and execution of strategic outbound initiatives.
  • Provide data-driven insights to inform sales strategies and resource allocation.
  • Continuously refine processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience in a fast-growing startup, preferably in project management and lead management roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, and SQL (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Passion for AI/ML and understanding of API-first or consumption-based business models.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
