Collecting, cleaning, and validating data from multiple sources.
Analyzing structured and unstructured data to uncover trends and insights.
Developing and maintaining dashboards and data visualizations.
Collaborating with data engineers and IT teams.
Defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and creating metrics.
Presenting findings and improvement recommendations to leaders.
Supporting ad-hoc data requests and conducting deep-dive analyses.
Maintaining data documentation and ensuring compliance.
Partnering with teams to streamline workflows and optimize operations.
Requirements for this role:
5+ years of experience in data analysis.
Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language such as Python.
Strong experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
Strong communication skills.
Solid understanding of business process and continuous improvement methodologies.
