Job Description
Wellhub, formerly Gympass, is seeking a Performance Analysis Specialist to join their Wellbeing Engagement team in São Paulo, Brazil. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient implementation of the engagement process, maintaining process quality, and driving client satisfaction.
The Performance Analysis Specialist will report to the Onboarding Efficiency and Control Leader and will be responsible for monitoring onboarding processes, analyzing operational performance metrics, conducting internal audits, and supporting the creation of training materials.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor the execution of onboarding processes.
- Analyze operational performance metrics.
- Conduct internal audits on onboarding processes.
- Support the creation and maintenance of playbooks and training materials.
- Act as a bridge between the onboarding operation and cross-functional teams.
- Contribute to the development and evolution of workflows.
- Identify and help disseminate best practices across implementation teams.
- Support on Tier 3 Launches.
- Inspire and empower others by caring for wellbeing.
Requirements:
- Previous relevant work experience in a related position.
- Experience with process control, operational quality, or continuous improvement.
- Ability to work with data, generate reports, and translate findings into practical recommendations.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and structured thinking.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Proactive in identifying issues and bringing practical solutions.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Experience with process management and workflow tools.
- Knowledge of SQL or BI tools.
- Familiarity with scale-up environments.
